At House of Avi, we like to keep things as breezy as a walk on the beach with your most comfortable pair of footwear. So, before you hit that 'order' button, make sure you check our 'size guide' thoroughly. It's as easy as decoding your favourite movie plot!

Return of Shoes - We do not entertain requests for the return of our Products. So, once the footwear has left the House of Avi runway, they're on their way to you. However, we are always happy to make an exchange for sizing. 

Refunds - We're all about that happily-ever-after feeling when you find the pair that speaks to your sole. So, we don't do refunds, just the promise of a shoe love affair! We always recommend making an informed buyer's decision when you are undertaking an online purchase at House Of Avi.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (India)
The final cost displayed on the website for our products includes taxes. The shipping charges are shown at the checkout page, before you place an order.

Domestic parcels will arrive within approximately 5-7 working days, depending upon your location. You will receive an email when your item is dispatched, containing your parcel tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The final cost displayed on the website for our products includes taxes. The shipping charges are shown at the checkout page before you place an order.

We ship globally via trackable Registered Post services. Delivery times vary, but orders may be expected to arrive between 7-14 working days.

DAMAGED GOODS
In case of our products being damaged by our delivery provider, we shall offer you a full refund once the damaged goods have been received back in the store.

All designs, content and photographic material is subject to copyright and is wholly owned by House Of Avi. No designs, content or photographic material represented on House Of Avi’s online platforms may be used without prior written authorisation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The purchaser will not use, copy or infringe on our intellectual property, which means all intellectual property rights (whether created before, on or after the date of these Terms and Conditions and whether registered or unregistered) in respect of copyright, any patents, trademarks, logos, designs, software, domain names, business or trade names, together with marketing concepts and designs, product knowledge, training systems and materials, protection of confidential information, circuit layouts, inventions, know-how, product or business concepts, details of product development, and any other identifiable result of intellectual endeavour, whether arising under statute or otherwise, and which relates to any of our products or services.

LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, House Of Avi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered or incurred by the Purchaser in relation to the supply of goods. Our liability is limited only to the cost of supply or re-supply of goods in accordance with these terms.

SIZING & PHOTO REPRESENTATION
The websites offer as accurate as possible as representation of the product and its colour. Our products are made from natural fibres where possible and therefore, slight variations in colour may result. Colour representation may also vary slightly due to computer image quality and screen settings.

We do not store or keep complete credit card numbers from on-line transactions. The first and last three numbers of your credit card number are kept for order verification purposes only.

Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure every shopping experience with us is a positive one, in the event a credit card is used without the holder's authorisation, the card holder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
